I have cancer

I was diagnosed with breast cancer, almost a month ago. I was 36 and have in the meantime celebrated my 37th birthday. I have been weighing up the pros and cons of blogging, and I think that after much deliberation the pros definitely outweigh the cons.

The fact is just that I am not a writer. I always thought my spelling is rather good ;-) but I am far more likely to draw something with a pencil than describe it using words. This blog is for me to "let go" of my thoughts. And if anyone finds it helpful, that would be an added bonus, I guess.
